Branching Out at Wyldwoods - Woodland Weddings - Shropshire Wedding Photographer

What an amazing place...what amazing people!  I had the pleasure and privilege of being one of the exhibitors at a Woodland Wedding Fayre held at Wyldwoods, situated at Dean Corner Farmhouse near Broseley in Shropshire, on Sunday.

The event was organised by the lovely Ruth Tilley who owns FestoonRuth's services include styling and decorating special occasions, parties, and handmade weddings - making your special event unique.  Ruth also co-ordinates Woodland Weddings in the beautiful Shropshire countryside...so if you are planning a wedding that's slightly quirky or maybe with a vintage theme give her a shout.

This was the first wedding fayre held at Wyldwoods.  It is such a fabulous venue - not only for weddings but for parties and get-togethers too!  The site features an authentic Mongolian Yurt, ideal for glamping, a wooden henge, and an ancient shepherd's hut.

There is a lot more to Wyldwoods than a unique wedding / party venue though.  The directors - Stephanie Brett, Julian Evans & Lindy Calvin-Thomas - staff and volunteers provide a lot to the community Click here to find out more.

It was lovely to meet so many creative people in one day, including the lovely Hannah from Bride and Bloom, who creates the most amazing floral displays, and Mal from whackitsmackit, who makes musical instruments from junk!  For more information regarding the other exhibitors please contact Ruth.

Here are a few photos that I took during the day...
